Repost for Ken Baroa, kenbaroa at gmail.com I live in a SF Eastbay city but was born in New Bedford, MA. All 4 of my Grandparents were from São Miguel in the Azores. My Mother's family was from the Salga (Northeastern area while my Father's side (Originally Barão) was from Alagoa which I was told was really A Lagoa which translated to The Lagoon. Just east on Ponte Degaldo.
