Ramalho is a place between Relva and Ponta Delgada, where the airport was built on Sao Miguel Island. I believe it is considered part of Relva. The name Sizaltina is not familiar to me. However I know of Cezina. The middle name is also unfamiliar, perhaps they meant Nascimento.
