It looks like the full name is Thereza de Benavides de Santa Barbara (??). . Not sure after Benavides what sort of abbreviation the priest used ?? At first I thought it was Barboza but I think it's Barbara now. Also on the third line down the priest wrote something after the word "de Barbara something". Grr.
