These are the obits of the men who died in a shipwreck / probably a fishing boat that sank. The opening line says:
"naufragou na costa da Ilha do Pico hu barco desta freg.a de que era mestre Domingos Dias da Rosa, em que morreram tres homens desta freg.a, a saber..." Sank off the Coast of Island of Pico, one boat of this parish with the master Domingos Dias da Rosa, dying three men of this parish, who are....
