I thought you wanted Jose, son of Jose Coelho Machado and Isabel de Jesus which does not have margin note. The record with the margin note is for Jose, natural son of Catarina Ignacia, single. The margin note says Jose is legitimized by the marriage of Jose Lourenço Caetano and Catarina Ignacia de Jesus.
