It doesn't matter if the person is 1/8. For those who are 1/16th and don't
know their freguesia, it will be kinda hard but can be done with
perseverance. But every little bit helps!

I'm not aware problems downloading raw data. Once the matches are made, I
think the raw data should be there. I'd try again later. Today is a holiday
in America for many, so perhaps the site is experiencing more traffic that
usual.
