Hi I am new to this but hoping someone can guide me. My husband Miguel Ventura was born in faial. His father was Victor Ventura who took his mother’s name as she refused to give up his father. From my understanding she was living as a care in manual DaRosa house and we believe he maybe the father. I’m looking for guidance of where I could go next. Thanks for any feedback
