Hi Justin, That would be great!
My great-grandmother was Maria Isabel Matos (1862 - 1893). Her son was my maternal grandfather - Henry/Henrique Machado Silveira (1887 - 1961) -- we think he was born in Horta. He left when he was 16 -- on a whaling ship to New Bedford -- and settled in Cambridge, MA. I'm going to the Azores in April -- spending most of my time on São Miguel -- but if I can figure out where my grandfather's family lived -- will also visit there. Any help would be much appreciated.
