This is very interesting because this record actually clears up a post from 
yesterday. It looks like Mr. Squiggles made an appearance in this record 
and it's actually Alexandre not Lixandre like we thought!

I think you are right, Joaquim is probably an error. Reminds me of my 
brother, whenever he can't remember someone's name he calls them 
Joaquim.....don't know why or how this started. I am making notes and 
moving on, hopefully something will show up that will clear this a bit. The 
only time this has happened in the time I've been researching was with 
another grandmother, she had different parents but then I realized that she 
was an "exposta" so it explained things a bit, Joanna is not an exposta as 
far as I can tell.
