The only thing I'd add to this is that for the photo that I save locally, I 
actually put the weblink in the metadata of the properties of the file (on 
a Windows PC, right click on the image and go to Properties. Then click the 
Details tab and fill in any information, including the link in the 
comments. )

That way I know where I got it when I'm looking at stuff on my computer and 
can get to the link as it's attached to the photo.  Here's an example
