Hi Cheri, Still poking around at this point. My project at work has kept my nose out of my Genealogy studies for the most part recently.
I got a little respite tonight and was browsing the tree of a match on ftdna. I'll have to look up the member. But they had quite a few Amaral's & variants showing birth in provacao. I was able to find one of them in this parish records (1872), so I went back to 1854 and found these. I see that provacao is geographically close to RQ, so I thought I would take a look.
