Leonor, When I was there, they said this was their Card Catalog. I asked if it was all 9 islands, and they said yes. However, it seems to be used mainly by the archives in Ponta Delgada: http://www.arquivos.azores.gov.pt/
I search for "inventario freguesia" and that usually pulls it up. Sometimes there are other records mixed in. If your freguesia has more of a unique word, you don't have to type the whole name. I can type "inventario quente" and get the inventories from Ribeira Quente. You don't need the diacritcs either to search.
