Thank you Margaret. Yes, I have that. It is Irene I am looking for. It was from that birth record that I got the information on the marriage. I was hoping that the marriage certificate would state where Irene was from. The family says she is from Arrifes. I checked, but no luck. She may also be from Ponta Delgada, but I have not found her yet.
Maybe instead of searching all parishes, it would be easier to get the marriage certificate. That date I know. Thanks for your help.
