Karl, I think Randall has adequately addressed the issues you've raised. His responses are not 'long', but rather considered, and merely explore some of the issues and implications of the very objections you raise to him. It's obvious that you will not be swayed by his weighted-evidential approach, nor do you seem willing to engage some of the scholarly opinion on some of the questions. So, there really is not much point in continuing this conversation.
