אטר יד־ימינו = restricted in the use of his right hand

or as we would say in English, left-handed. Found in Judges 3:15 and 20:16.

This one has been flagged by others as an example of “political correctness”
corruption of the text by the Masoretes, but absent of textual evidence
either way, I don’t know.
