The answers to those questions are personal, painful, and have to do with a
death in the family.

Does  anyone else know of a word with the numerical value of 86 that can mean
"from," "out of," or "apart from"?

Whether or not you believe in gematria, and whatever you think of my interest
in it, it seems like a simple question (and I don't see how answering it could
hurt any one.

Thank you.

I think that just figuring out the language itself is already quite a word
puzzle.

As for gematria, I don’t believe in it, so don’t follow it. But why the
numerical value of 86? Why connected with those meanings?

Strong was not a Hebrew scholar, so his lexicon is not considered authoritative
among those who are Hebrew scholars. As examples, he was wrong on both the
terms you tried above.
