Dear all,

Babel 0.94 is available at

  http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/babel-0.94.tar.gz

The main news is a new configuration file directive, requested by Harald
Geyer, that allows you to define per-interface characteristics. For
example, you can now say something like

  interface eth0 link-quality yes split-horizon no

The other change, is that this version fixes a bug, introduced in 0.17,
that doesn't properly install reject routes after a route is retracted.
Usually, this doesn't harm much, but in the presence of overlapping
prefixes, it could possibly cause routing loops.

Enjoy,

                                        Juliusz
