continued growth and expansion in JAKARTA, they are seeking suitably qualified,

1. EDITOR
2. DESIGNER/LAYOUTER
3. MARKETING COMMUNICATONS STAFF
EDITOR
Basic Function
Screen manuscripts, make recommendations for implementation and aqcuisition of
manuscripts, rewrite manuscripts under general supervision of project or Senior
Editor cum Editor in Chief
Position Prerequisites
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent (major in specific discipline required by
publishing program)
2. Have a little bit experinces in publishing, writing, editing or
acquisition
3. Demonstrate knowledge ability of current trends in the appropriate
subject area
4. Proactive and is able to adapt in a fast and dynamic environment
5. Is meticulous
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (words, excel, outlook, etc)
DESIGNER cum LAYOUTER
Basic Function
Responsible for the graphic aspects of books; creating, specifying and
purchasing ard and typography. Responsible for the development of the products
appearance including the layout, design and art.
Position Prerequisites
1. Bachelors degree from art, desain komunikasi visual, or equivalent (major
in specific discipline required by publishing program)
2. Have a little bit experinces in publishing
3. Demonstrate knowledge ability of current trends in the appropriate
subject area
4. Proactive and is able to adapt in a fast and dynamic environment
5. Is meticulous and has a great sense of art cum design
6. Proficient in Design Application (coreldraw, photoshop, indesign, etc)
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS STAFF
Basic Function
To plan the marketing strategy for all products and marketing function, manage
brand communication and ensure a quality of brand image, to provide market
analysis and feedback to editorial, making a recommendations to editor or
editor in chief.
Position Prerequisites
1. Degree in marketing or substantial experience in variety of marketing
functions (e.g., sales, advertising, publicity, promotion) in book publishing
2. Substantial experience in selling similar products in at least one of the
principal markets served by the division or company
3. Demonstrate knowledge ability of current trends in the appropriate
subject area
4. Proactive and is able to adapt in a fast and dynamic environment
5. Ability to meet the deadline
6. Is meticulous
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (words, excel, outlook, etc)
