cos we're looking at scalable & legal ways to broadcast live TV on
the internet, and while persuading network providers of the benefits
of multicasting is the obvious long term answer, I'd like to make
sure we're keeping an eye of other options... however (seeminlgy)
dodgy their current manifestations!
