It seems that out of the hundreds of comments from the slashdot thread that you could have chosen, you chose one of mine :-). Elsewhere I also posted a link to the consultation http://slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=219846&cid=17833216 , so hopefully British slasdoters will reply in droves.
