No more than you I guess - my cluefulness extended as far as emailing
the 'contact us' address on www.radiotimes.com, but no response as
yet.
Just had a boilerplate response from them - seems unlikely my email
reached a human, let alone one who knows what xmltv means. I wonder
how I make my xmltv grabber clear its 'RT cache/profile'? Come to
think of it, I wonder if Joe Webuser who complained to RT would make
head or tail of that directive?
"Dear RT web user,
As someone who has recently emailed us about the Radio Times website,
please be aware that the site is now running but with ongoing
technical problems. We are aware of these problems and are looking to
resolve them as a matter of urgency.
Please ensure you have refreshed or cleared your RT cache/profile in
order to ensure that you are receiving the version of the site with
the latest fixes.
We would like to apologise unreservedly for the ongoing performance
issues and thank you for your continued patience."
