Assuming you're querying the c) logo on this picture - I think you misunderstand how the BBC pays for content like this. It's *highly* likely that this picture is covered by a catchall payment - which the BBC has with many large photo libraries. Please also remember that the BBC used to *own* Getty (http://www.ketupa.net/getty.htm) Flickr isn't a substitute for professional photo libraries just yet, you know.
