That it was hacked the day it was rolled out makes the statement
"considerably harder, if not impossible" ridiculous.

"You can simply tape/PVR your desired programme from air. If you
really want to illegally distribute BBC programmes, then this is
possible too. PVR BBC programmes off-air, and then upload the files to
a file-sharing site."

Does this put the BBC in a difficult position? Its blog is being used
to share information on ways to get around content-restrictions on a
BBC service!
