It might be better just to scrape the telco's web interface using WWW::Mechanize or equivalent (assuming that they have one; I know 3 does). You can be sure that it matches up with billing cycles and different devices - and their measurement is the one that really matters. > And all the telcos gouge their customers, so what's new?
