Its a majordomo list so you may be able to remove yourself with a few emails
Email : [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>
In the message put
unsubscribe backstage
or the following if you want to unsubscribe a different email account
unsubscribe backstage [email protected]
If that doesn't work try:
unsubscribe *
unsubscribe * [email protected]
Hopefully that unsubscribe you from all list.
