This has failed yet again. And its because it's trying to backup \System
Volume Information\

I do not know how to stop backuppc from not backing up this directory? I've
tried excluding the directory, and then only included the directories that I
want backing up.

I'm not sure on what do next?

I really need this SMB share backing up through backuppc.

Any ideas, please?

I've included the screenshot of the config file. You say I haven't? But here is

Why would I lie?

You're not lying, per se, but the screenshot does show the contrary — that
because you are using the include list, your excludes are irrelevant. What it
does not show, incidentally, is how those are configured or if they are being
used — the relevant portions of the config.pl would be better for diagnosis.

And I'm not an expert in “Windoze” it's why I asked the community.

And is this the best mailing list to email support questions too? If

not, could I please have the correct mailing list so I can ask my
support questions.

BackupPC-users is the right one

I would just like some help and advice into why this Windows share is

failing on backup?

The short verson: because you're [still] trying to read \System Volume
Information\ via SMB. The next step is to work on that.
