Is the last full backup an (unsuccessful) partial backup?

It could there is a problem with backing up starting with
a partial.  You can either:

 - manually removing the partial (delete the last line of the
   pc/HOST/backups file, and remove the corresponding pc/HOST/nnn
   directory, or

 - set $Conf{PartialAgeMax} to -1.  The next backup will still fail,
   but after that the partial will not be kept.

Does a normal, full, backup still fail?
