You may be a bit off track with the levels...  I'd leave that alone (0?) 
until you've mastered the basics.

Take a look at Conf{FullKeepCnt}

with conf{FullPerfiod} of 6.97...

Conf{FullKeepCnt} = [ 1, 0, 0, 1 ];

would give you a weekly, and a 2 month full.  A 3 month interval would 
be tricky...
