Backuppc's pooling scheme won't take additional space for unchanged 
files in additional full runs so usually you can just pick a reasonable 
full interval (like a week) and control how long the oldest will be 
retained with Conf{FullKeepCnt}.  If you want to archive some runs 
forever, look at using the archive host feature to copy to tapes or dvds.
