After reconfiguring $TopDir to /var/lib/backuppc instead /Backup (which I
have configured before) and run a new full backup
the pooling would work:
FileServer:~# find /Backup/pc/vdr -name finstall.txt -exec ls -i {} \;
462042 /Backup/pc/vdr/10/f%2f/fdebiandowngrades/finstall.txt
462042 /Backup/pc/vdr/11/f%2f/fdebiandowngrades/finstall.txt
509047 /Backup/pc/vdr/3/f%2f/fdebiandowngrades/finstall.txt
where Backup number 3 is from an previous backup with $TopDir=/Backup
configured.
Summary:
pooling will only work if $TopDir is /var/lib/backuppc because of a
bug/feature in /usr/share/backuppc/bin/BackupPC_link
