I started this thread because my backups did not have many reusable files found. I have had configured $TopDir=/Backup/backupp and found, in /var/log/backuppc/LOG, log messages like: 2007-07-01 14:00:21 Running BackupPC_link athlux (pid=23935) 2007-07-01 14:00:23 athlux: mkdir /var/lib/backuppc: Permission denied at /usr/share/backuppc/lib/BackupPC/Lib.pm line 741 2007-07-01 14:00:23 Finished athlux (BackupPC_link athlux) after reconfiguring $TopDIr=/var/log/backuppc my backups will pooled again. Today I think that the error is not in BackupPC_link. > > Regards, > Holger br Matthias -- Don't Panic ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
