I'm searching and for your information I've got the folder :
/usr/local/BackupPC/lib/BackupPC/
In this folder I've got several files and folders :
Attrib.pm Config FileZIO.pm lib.pm Storage
View.pm Zip
CGI Config.pm Lang PoolWrite.pm Storage.pm
Xfer
I checked the permissions and there was a problem with
/usr/local/BackupPC/lib/BackupPC because it wasn't owned
by the user backuppc.
I changed the values of permissions and I reloaded the configuration via
the interface web but it's the the problem if I do a new backup.
Did you do another thing to solve this issue ?

I had this problem once and I think the way I fixed it was by ensuring
that all files in (and including) /var/lib/backuppc were owned by user
backuppc
