Thanks a lot for this information Craig.
I found the solution what I searched since 2 minutes.
I didn't exclude the files but I just configured the  
$Conf{BackupFilesOnly} and it's good for me.

Unfortunately with smbclient you can't specify both $Conf{BackupFilesOnly}
and $Conf{BackupFilesExclude}.  With rsync you can specify both.
