I disagree on all points except "i see a lot of gentoo issues". What you see
is not for me to agree or disagree.
What I see is you implying "problem => gentoo" though :-).
I believe you are trying to prove something by some random numbers that are
neither evident nor indicative of anything. I just don't know why.
I don't really care what distribution anyone chooses to use. I believe Craig
has done a good job of making sure BackupPC doesn't either. Rather than
recommending a distribution, I'd recommend to
1.) read the relevant documentation
2.) not be unnecessarily stupid
3.) search the archives and the wiki
4.) ask meaningful questions and provide sufficient information for others
to help you
5.) use Xemacs in viper mode.
