I've already got the big disks and I'm going the archive route. I'm just trying to figure out how to do it sanely since archiving every host every day is not possible (because of tape and processing capacity). I'm actually looking for some strategy to get every host backed up to tape from time to time without exceeding tape capacity nor backup time contraints. Hm, while thinking this through it looks like it' the easiest to schedule host archiving manually...
