Yes, I configured it by sendmail.mc and I installed the sendmail-cf
package.
To connect with external SMTP server, can I change :
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA
by
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=IP_ADDRESS_OF_SERVER, Name=MTA ???
Do you need my sendmail.mc file (if you want to check it) ?

Take this advice. On a redhat-style distribution, you need to install
the sendmail-cf package, edit sendmail.mc, and restarting sendmail will
rebuild sendmail.cf.

This says only listen on the localhost loopback.
