For the moment I installed Postfix and it works. I'll try to fix my
sendmail problem when I'll have free time.
So my problem is resolved.

Just remove the Addr= part completely. You want it to listen on both
the local loopback the the ip address. You may also need SMART_HOST and
some of the masquarading options, depending on your setup. This really
isn't the right place to discuss sendmail details, though.
