I completely understand that you will have to answer many questions for
non-technical management. Quotas are rarely used in any kind of backup
program and backuppc is no exception.
What security questions do you anticipate? You can encrypt the disk that
backuppc uses if you like but that would hurt your performance quite a bit.
The standard web interface is simple enough that it does not leave a lot of
room for unathorized access. The only real threat is having an 'admin'
level user's password given out OR physical access to the system.
