fsck finished with no problems. Here's what it is, those errors are coming up when they should not. The specific case I was looking at, I had rsync exclude some directories and recently changed it thinking it wasn't excluding them (oops). So the errors shouldn't have even appeared in the first place. Second sets of data seem to show that stuff is missing, but I don't know for sure. Stuff is definitely there now, but I don't know if it either did not get backed up, got deleted, or had some strange inode problems when converting to ext4.
