You could use a combination of
$Conf{DumpPostUserCmd}<http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/faq/BackupPC.html#_conf_dumppreusercmd_>
and
BackupPC_deleteFile<http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/backuppc/index.php?title=BackupPC_DeleteFile>
to
accomplish this.
