I understand that there's a set of scripts that overcome the various 
difficulties in getting rsync+ssh to work; I don't use them myself.

I do use rsync, and winexe to handle shadow copies so I don't have to 
worry about open files and such.  And I put together an installer 
package with all the pieces.
