Hello all, I'm using 3 different BackupPC instances to backup servers in different domains and a project specific instance. I have been working on tools to archive backups to tape for long term storage. The base archive feature works well however it long process when you have many TB with millions of files to archive. I was wondering if there was a way to archive only the incremental changes (only the new files in a given incremental backup).
The idea would be to run a full archive once a week and run incremental archive daily. At the moment, I haven't found a way to accomplish this. Anyone insight would be appreciated.
