we using backuppc 4.4.0 compiled on Ubuntu 20.04. Until 2 days ago, backups worked normally on all Windows servers. Since today this error message comes up during one backup job: 2021-12-03 10:46:22 incr backup started back to 2021-12-03 09:01:30 (backup #256) for share F 2021-12-03 10:47:07 Got fatal error during xfer (Non-zero exit status from smbclient) 2021-12-03 10:47:12 Backup aborted (Non-zero exit status from smbclient) 2021-12-03 10:47:12 Removing prior partial backup #256 2021-12-03 10:47:12 BackupPC_backupDelete: removing #256 2021-12-03 10:47:12 BackupPC_backupDelete: Merge into backup 249 2021-12-03 10:48:34 BackupPC_refCountUpdate: data.tux.lan #257 inodeLast set to 270990 (was 270985) If i log into the windowsserver with smbclient from backuppc manually and get some files, this is working normally. Where can the error lie here? All other Windows servers can be backed up normally. There have been no changes or reboots on data.tux.lan. Thank you very much and best Regards
