Those are run time dependencies not build time dependencies so I
didn't see the issue when building. ...
BackupPC's 'makeDist' script specifically excludes a check for modules
from .../lib/Net/FTP/. Would it help if they were *not* excluded? It
would be a trivial change. Obviously those modules won't be needed if
the configuration doesn't use FTP transfers; the test output could say
that (if the new makeDist '--verbose' option is given :) and build the
dist files despite those particular test results.
