Those are run time dependencies not build time
dependencies so I didn't see the issue when building.
Those will need to be built for EPEL 10 as well but
I'm not the maintainer.
It looks like perl-libnet needs to be built for EPEL 10...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can skip this
dependency if you don't use the FTP protocol in your backups.
