It would not be a good idea to submit it because I'll immediately close it 
since from what I see I believe it is a support issue.  There are hundreds 
maybe thousands of sites running multiple simultaneous jobs, and there may be 
a bug in it, but before I can afford the time to look at it, you will have to 
provide pretty convincing proof that it is a bug.  If you don't have proof 
then get it by asking on bacula-users.

If you don't get an appropriate response from the bacula-users list, about the 
only solution is to pay for professional services.
