There may be several reasons why nobody answered.

Perhaps:
nobody understood the problem
everyone was busy
the subject of the email didn't interest anyone
the problem needed to be explained better
other things

There is no one right answer.  And I don't promise anything about 
whether or not a change or repost will ensure that your question will 
be answered.  I also experience posts that do not result in 
solutions.  I have no good answers for you.
