Argh. I'm sorry, I've just noticed two things:
a) Since bacula-fd crashed before I ran the previous steps, it didn't have debug turned on when it restarted. b) I've been putting the file relocation arguments inside double quotes, which is probably wrong (I got used to typing them into the bconsole restore browser). I shall redo it again.
