Yes, since you are the author, you can use any license or licenses you want.  
However, you should explicitly mark it "AGPLv3 at your option with or without 
the Bacula exceptions".  That way the code can be used within Bacula with the 
Bacula exceptions, and elsewhere by others under GPLv3 without the 
exceptions.  The exceptions (allow linking with OpenSSL, some Windows 
stuff, ...) are in the LICENSE file.
