At least on this box, the CPU isn't an issue, so updating some more indices 
won't hurt too much. With some old box with old spinning rust for the databse, 
it might matter more, though.

Anyway - if not adding it to the mainline, perhaps adding it to the FAQ 
instead? The query time went from 15 minutes to <50ms after adding this index...

I all pedagogikk er det essensielt at pensum presenteres intelligibelt. Det er 
et elementært imperativ for alle pedagoger å unngå eksessiv anvendelse av 
idiomer med fremmed opprinnelse. I de fleste tilfeller eksisterer adekvate og 
relevante synonymer på norsk.
